Modules and options for Siviko RoboMOD Palletizer
Second pallet place

The second pallet place module extends the autonomy time of your RoboMOD Palletizer. Once the first pallet position is full, the robot continues palletizing on the second one.
Since there are no safety light barriers inside the cell, once a worker opens a door, the entire palletizing cell stops operating.
This option improves downtime for not changing the pallet on time.
Internal light barriers

This option is possible only with a second pallet place. It adds two internal light barriers between the robot and the pallet places. Normally, when a door is open, the robot stops working. With this option, the robot can continue working in the position with the door closed while a pallet is changed at the other location. This option reduces downtime during pallet changes.
Exit light barrier

This option replaces the door with a light barrier to make pallet changes easier. The option makes sense when the full pallet cycle is very fast.
Two infeed conveyors – back

Adds a second infeed conveyor in the back of the cell. This allows the RoboMOD palletizer to serve two production lines simultaneously.
With the second pallet position, the cell can palletize two products at the same time (when compatible with the same gripper).
Two infeed conveyors – sides

Adds a second infeed conveyor on the sides. This allows the RoboMOD palletizer to serve two production lines simultaneously.

Automatic pallet retrieval single

This option adds automated retrieval of a pallet with two positions. One is active, and the other is a buffer from which the pallet has to be picked up. There is a light barrier on the conveyor exit. Automatically transfers full pallets to an external conveyor or stretch wrapper. Works best with an automated empty pallet pick and place.
Automatic pallet retrieval double

This option adds automated double retrieval of a pallet with two positions. One is active, and the other is a buffer from which the pallet has to be picked up. There is a light barrier on the conveyor exit. Automatically transfers full pallets to an external conveyor or stretch wrapper. Works best with an automated empty pallet pick and place.
Empty pallet pick and place

This option is only possible with the Siviko RoboMOD L and XL palletizer. A buffer for 13 empty pallets is added as a module. The gripper has added forks and a sensor that allow the robot to pick up and place the empty pallet at the palletizing place. It works best with an automated pallet retrieval module.
