The industrial control system combines software, hardware and communications infrastructure that allows real-time data acquisition from the production process and its management and optimization. We use the Ignition platform to create the exact industrial control system that our customers need. It could have many different functions:

• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system gathers real-time data from the plant floor from programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or sensors. Through a human-machine interface (HMI) the operators can monitor and control the whole process. This system can have alarming and reporting functionalities. Furthermore, the SCADA system can transfer or receive data from an MES or ERP system.
• Manufacturing execution systems (MES) are used to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods. We have experience in building recipe management systems, Statistical Process Control Systems (SPC) and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) systems. 
• Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems that use smart sensors, actuators and other devices, such as radio frequency identification tags, to enhance manufacturing and industrial processes. We have experience in building IIoT systems that remotely manage Photovoltaic power stations or other infrastructures or assets. 

Our service is not limited to software development. We complete it through:

• PLC Programming – we develop PLC software according to IEC61131 standard: ladder logic, structured text, function block diagram and sequential function chart. We have experience with CodeSys-based controllers such as Wago, Beckhoff, Schneider Electric, as well as Allen Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi.
• Electrical Engineering – we have experience in power engineering, electrical design, laboratory and field tests, high voltage laboratory design and energy management. We are also experienced in conducting precise measurements for industrial applications and in setting up VFD and PID controllers. We design and assemble our electrical control cabinets in-house.
