Siviko Robot Palletizing Grippers

A few weeks ago, a customer purchased spare parts for a robotic gripper that we delivered just two years ago. It has been palletizing 250,000 products per month since then, totaling 3,000,000 per year. For sure, this gripper can work for many more years without failure. But can you really afford one when the volume is so huge? No, and that is why you need a set of spare parts at hand.

It is hard not to appreciate the robustness, speed, and dependability of industrial robots. Here are some of the various palletizing grippers that we designed over the years. We have been perfecting the box and bag grippers through many iterations. Now they are a key feature of our modular and industrial robot palletizing system – the Siviko RoboMOD Palletizer. We can pick and place almost anything with them – boxes, trays, bags, buckets, etc. And there is seldom a need to readjust something when a product changes.

The Siviko grippers, just like the FANUC industrial robots, are built to last. We use stainless steel or coated aluminum parts, high-quality industrial pneumatics, electronics, and bearings. He has a Master's Degree in Management from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden and CEMS, Singapore, and MicroMasters Credential for Principles of Manufacturing by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has professional experience in business development, project management, and process analysis, and digitalization.
