Participation of Siviko of the Machtech & Innotech 2021

We are participating for the first time in the largest technical exhibition in Bulgaria – Machtech & Innotech, which will be held from 14.09 to 17.09.2021 in Inter Expo Center, Sofia. Siviko’s main goal is to enable the industry to be more productive and more efficient through industrial engineering and software solutions. Our focus is on the integration of industrial robots and industrial control systems. If you want to meet us and discuss your ideas and problems, you can find us at stand number A22 in Hall 2.

As a highlight at the upcoming fair, Siviko will present its new intelligent software creating programs for bag palletizing. It will be demonstrated by a robot FANUC M-710iC / 70 and a specialized gripper model Siviko PBG-3, designed and manufactured by Siviko. The software allows users to create their own palletizing programs by entering the following parameters:

• Bag size, weight and orientation;
• Pallet dimensions;
• Layout program configuration;

Based on the entered information, the software automatically creates and optimizes the robot’s movements. In addition, it verifies the information entered and does not allow configurations that are physically impossible or dangerous. In this way, users can easily and safely create or edit palletizing programs themselves independently of the system integrator. With this software, robotic palletizing becomes much more flexible and easier to use for the end-user.

Bag gripper model Siviko PBG-3

The Siviko PBG-3 gripper is also of interest. It can grip different types and sizes of bags, as the bag is pressed on three sides. This allows a high speed of palletizing because it eliminates the possibility of slipping or tearing the bag. In addition, the gripper can pick and move empty pallets, and place a plastic or cardboard pad on the empty pallet. In this way, the palletizing process is fully automated.
